A NEIGHBOR of an OnlyFans model accused of killing her boyfriend has revealed “loud fights” he heard before the couple's relationship ended in a fatal stabbing.
Aidan Nesvisky lived below Courtney Clenney and Christian Obumseli’s Texas apartment earlier this year and claims he heard glass shatter and shouting multiple times.

The OnlyFans and Instagram star, known online as Courtney Tailor, is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection to the stabbing death of her boyfriend Obumseli on April 3, 2022.
Neighbor Nesvisky said that he lived below the couple's penthouse apartment for two years before they moved to Miami.
He said that the fights would get so bad, that one time they literally spilled over into his unit.
He recalled a time when a painting featuring a tiger was thrown onto his balcony on the tenth floor.

“Behind closed doors, we just started hearing some shouting, yelling," he told Fox11.
"We don't know who was starting [it], why. We didn't get a lot of context.
“Occasionally we would hear some glasses break and some banging on the walls, floors. Not sure, you know, who was doing it.
“I just want people to know that it had been going on for a long time, and it definitely could have been stopped.”

According to Nesvisky, police were called on the couple several times when they lived in South Austin.
After the couple moved to Florida earlier this year, the violence reportedly only got worse.
'TOXIC RELATIONSHIP'
Miami state attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said that the couple’s building was preparing to evict them.
“The violent and toxic two-year relationship of Christian and Courtney clearly did not have to end in tragedy with Christian's murder as a victim of domestic violence,” Fernandez Rundle said.
Nesvisky said that despite the constant screaming, the couple seemed “friendly and normal” a lot of the time and he even attended a music festival with them.
“It is domestic violence. I mean, if you hear something, see something, say something," he said.
"You never know what's going on behind closed doors. It's a really sad situation and I think ultimately it could have been avoided."
The second-degree murder charge against Clenney was announced after Clenney's arrest in Hawaii.
Clenney’s attorney has called the stabbing a case of self-defense, saying: “We are confident she will be exonerated and Courtney will be seen for what she is: a victim of domestic abuse that survived her abuser.”
DISTURBING ELEVATOR VIDEO
A new video surfaced last week that showed Clenney allegedly attacking Obumseli a month before his death.
The video came from inside a private elevator, according to Local10, and shows Clenney repeatedly striking Obumseli, sometimes in the head.
Obumseli tried to push her away, but Clenney has reportedly been pinned as the main aggressor.
The video, which is about one minute long, was shown at a news conference.
Following her arrest in Hawaii, Clenney is expected to be taken back to South Florida, where Obumseli was killed.
Clenney was initially detained and taken to a mental institution after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death in their apartment.
Her arrest was confirmed by her defense lawyer Frank Prieto, the Miami Herald reported.
“I’m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged,” Prieto said.
According to Local10, there was allegedly a history of domestic violence and other issues on the part of both Clenney and Obumseli.
Security at the apartment building where they resided had reportedly documented various incidents between the two.
The couple had reportedly separated in March, with Clenney kicking Obumseli out of their apartment, but they resumed their romance in early April.
The Sun exclusively revealed Clenney's mounting legal problems as a bond forfeiture warrant for her arrest was issued in Travis County on July 1.
She was initially booked in Texas on September 16, 2020, for driving while intoxicated, and her bond was set at $8,000.

The Sun previously revealed her mugshot, showing her with smudged eye makeup and rumpled blonde hair, as she pulled down a blue mask during the initial Covid-19 pandemic.
Obumseli's devastated family has called for Clenney to spend the rest of her life behind bars, their attorney Larry Handfield said.
