COMEDIAN Matt Rife's changed look has been highlighted by fans with pictures from early in his career as he continues to deny rumors he has had plastic surgery.

The comedian, 28, gained notoriety on TikTok over the last few years for his conventional good looks and stand-up routine that often features Rife flirting with female members of the audience.

However, rumors have been popping up among fans that his good looks are actually the result of plastic surgery, which Rife denies having.

There is speculation that Rife may have had "cheek fillers" or "jawline surgery" to obtain his chiseled looks.

Mario Lopez interviewed the comedian for Access Hollywood asking Rife what the biggest lie he had heard about himself was.

Rife responded: "That I've had plastic surgery."

"That's the funniest thing in the entire world to me," Rife said. "Because I hit puberty too late, I didn't look like this until I was like 23."

"Sorry if you need surgery to look like that," Rife added.

Adding fuel to the fire of plastic surgery rumors, Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Chicago, Illinois uploaded a TikTok hinting that he was responsible for a famous jawline that was recently "canceled."

In the TikTok video, Dr. Caughlin (@manyfacesofchicago) can be seen skipping around his office with on-screen text that read: "Me after creating the greatest jawline ever seen just for my patient to get cancelled right after."

"Thanks a lot bro… can you guess who!?" the video is captioned.

"Don’t live in Chicago? No problem. We have TONS of patients drive or fly for their procedure. I’ll even pay for the flight," the caption continues.

Caughlin specializes in buccal fat pad and jawline sculpting.

Rife responded in the comments of the post seeming to deny that Caughlin ever did work on him.

"Lying about medical history is illegal, just FYI," Rife wrote.

The only work Rife has admitted to having done to improve his appearance is extensive dental work.

Rife is currently facing fallout for joking about domestic violence in his Netflix special Matt Rife: Natural Selection, which was released in early November.

Rife joked about his visit to "ratchet" Baltimore, Maryland, where he ate at a diner with a waitress who was sporting a black eye.

The comedian joked that he and his friend speculated that the waitress should be hidden away, working in the kitchen to avoid being seen with the injury.

Rife's punchline to the anecdote was: "But I feel like if she could cook, she wouldn’t have that black eye."

Fans were outraged at the sexist and misogynistic quip and have expressed disappointment at Rife seeming to turn on his primarily female fanbase.

Amidst the backlash from the special, Rife has shown no remorse.

He took to Instagram on November 20 to address the controversy but made another joke in poor taste.

"If you've ever been offended by a joke I've told – here's a link to my official apology," Rife wrote on his Instagram story:

But when clicked, the link directed users to a store that sold protective headgear for people with special needs.
