Elon's father has his doubts
Asked if his son can handle himself, Errol explained:
“Elon aced purple belt in JKA (Japanese Karate Association), the best.
“But he does not know how to go for the kill."
"He cares too much.”
Errol Musk calls it 'High school behavior'
Errol Musk added that he and his family are “all quite worried” about the prospect of the fight.
He said: “Elon loses if he wins and loses if he loses.
“Wins, he's a bully. Loses, he's a loser.
“I think Elon has got himself into a difficult situation as a result of high school behavior. They both have.”
Elon's father says it's a 'no-win'
Weighing in on the proposed mixed-martial-arts matchup, Elon’s dad, Errol Musk, told The U.S. Sun that his son is facing “total humiliation” if he loses.
Speaking from his home in South Africa, retired electromechanical engineer Errol, 77, said: “The thing is if this crazy fight goes ahead, if Elon beats this guy, Elon will be called a bully, being so much heavier and taller, while if he loses the humiliation would be total.
“It's a no-win situation for Elon.”
Zuckerberg has been training for over a year
Mark Zuckerberg earned his blue belt last month.
This achievement marks the culmination of over a year and a half worth of work, according to a response from his coach, Dave Camarillo.
Should the Facebook co-founder continue in his journey, next up would be the purple belt.
'I'm telling you he's serious'
Speaking to TMZ, UFC fighter Alex Volkanvski described Mark Zuckerberg as an "athlete," noting: "As you can see from that photo, I think that's what raised a lot of eyebrows, he's in shape."
Volkanvski also added that he firmly believes Zuckerberg is serious about fighting Musk.
"Man, I'm telling you he's serious," he said. "I don't know how serious Elon is, but I'm telling you, he's training."
Meta CEO recently earned his blue belt
Zuckerberg took to Instagram where he shared a series of snaps of him and his coach Dave Camarillo after the two both earned new belts.
His post was captioned: "Congrats @davecamarillo on your 5th degree black belt.
"You're a great coach and I've learned so much about fighting and life from training with you.
"Also honored to be promoted to compete at blue belt for @guerrillajjsanjose team."
