TYPICAL advice before getting a tattoo is to think it through and be sure it's something you want inked on your body forever.

Unfortunately, one tatted woman is learning this lesson a tad too late.

Kayley Wright, a 22-year-old TikToker, admitted she regrets the unplanned tattoos she got when she was 18 and legally allowed to do so without a parent's approval.

In her video, she said she went to a tattoo shop and searched for tattoo ideas on Pinterest before getting inked.

She said the ones she chose were "random," but at the time she thought they were "cute."

Four years later, Wright hates looking at them and finds them "cringy."

She also said they are in super visible spots, which is another regretful decision.

And in the caption of her video, she described exactly why she hates her tattoos.

"One says: 'self love' in cursive and almost no one even knows what it says and the other is a symbol for Capricorn and everyone also never knows what it is," she wrote.

Lyrics saying: "I wish I had a time machine" played over the entirety of Wright's video.

Well, at least she knows what her tattoos mean.

Of course, Wright can always look into tattoo removal, but that's usually more costly than the tattoo itself.

And she's not the only person who has regretted a tattoo.

A woman previously revealed she got a tattoo of a triangle on her arm and immediately hated it, but people trolled her for expecting to fall in love with a random shape on her arm.

Plus, another person admitted they got a "homemade" tattoo and knew they made a mistake as soon as they saw their new body art.

Wright did not say if she will get them removed or not
