On March 1, 2022, the former couple became homeowners to a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath property located in Los Angeles, California, after purchasing it for $2.1 million.
In the divorce docs, obtained by The U.S. Sun, Bryan listed their home address as their community property and indicated that he will disclose their community and quasi-community property assets in the required financial disclosures.
The former couple's home is where Rachel appeared to post videos of herself recording her podcast, Bryan shared videos and photos of himself working out at their at-home gym, and, of course, where the chiropractor posed shirtless in front of their giant pool.
The over 2,100-square-foot home - which underwent a massive renovation in 2010 - features two garage spaces, dramatic high ceilings, an open floor plan, wood floors, and custom white oak cabinetry, according to the real estate listing.

The "contemporary creation," per the listing, also has top-of-the-line Quartz stone and unique glass stone counters and custom designed chandeliers.
The newly landscaped backyard consists of exterior lighting, a gorgeous custom gazebo under a large oak tree, seating space, and a sparking pool that has a waterfall, making it a "serene atmosphere," as described in the listing.
Luckily for The Bachelorette stars, their Los Angeles abode is secured behind a mighty gate and has a security system with cameras.

On the divorce docs, the Miami native listed the date of separation as December 31, 2023.
He filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
Bryan is requesting spousal support, and that Rachel pay his attorney's fees and costs.
He noted their separate property assets will be disclosed in the financial disclosures as they have not yet been determined.
After news broke about their divorce, the fitness enthusiast took to his Instagram to inform followers that he had chosen to end his marriage.
"If you've been following me for a while, you know I don't like to put my personal affairs on social media and like to keep a safe space for our family," he said.
"Many of you know me as a chiropractor, and also as a husband, my proudest role so far.
"After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew."
He concluded: "My parents have been married forever and I'm a family man, but sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go."
Bryan asked his fans to respect their space as they continue to figure out their next steps.

BREAKING SILENCE
Rachel has not officially released a statement on her social media regarding her divorce.
However, fans noticed that she removed Bryan's last name, Abasolo, from her Instagram profile in the wake of her unexpected divorce.
A screengrab of her Instagram page was posted to a Bachelor Nation online forum, where commenters weighed in.
On January 5, she then took to her podcast, Higher Learning Friday, to tell her fans how she was holding up.
She began: "I didn’t think I would get emotional... First off I just want to say thank you for people who reached out.
"I’m still trying to reply to people. You just never know how great your circle is until you see all the people that reach out and love you."
She continued: "Obviously it’s a difficult time, if you’ve read the headlines, and you’re probably wondering why I would even work.
"But to be honest with you I need to distract myself from myself and the best way to do that is to do something that I love and I love 'Higher Learning.'

"I will eventually, but now is not the time, [I’m] just trying to take it day by day."
Rachel has yet to file her response in court to Bryan's petition.
