Inside NFL star Brock Purdy's bye week as San Francisco 49ers star helps harvest fields on tractor at in-laws farm

SAN FRANCISCO 49ers star QB Brock Purdy has spent his bye week getting his hands dirty at his fianceé's family business in Iowa.
The 23-year-old 49ers QB's fiancée, Jenna Brandt, took to social media to post a short video of Purdy operating a combine harvester on her family's farm during their bye week.

Purdy and his longtime girlfriend, Brandt, got engaged in July and were out in Iowa for the break, showing him how to farm.
Brandt posted the video with a heart emoji and the caption: "Wrapping up harvest '23."
Purdy can be seen on file driving the John Deere machine while harvesting the grain on the farm.
Purdy grew up in Arizona, while Brandt is from Iowa, and the two met while they were both students at Iowa State.

Bradt played for the volleyball team, while Purdy started as the school's QB.
He had a stellar collegiate career as the school's quarterback, as he holds 32 school records and was selected to the All-Big-12 team three times.
Despite the success, Purdy slid to the final pick of the 2022 NFL draft as "Mr Irrelvant" to the 49ers in the seventh round.
He took over the 49ers in his rookie season, going 5-0 and leading the team to the NFC championship game, where the Philadelphia Eagles knocked them off.

Purdy has followed up his rookie season with a solid sophomore campaign, with the 49ers sitting at 5-3 at their Week 9 bye week.
However, San Francisco enters the bye week with three consecutive losses to the Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings, and Cincinnati Bengals after a blowout victory over the Dallas Cowboys.
