The legendary point guard and the Clippers are rolling lately and are enjoying the success.

On Wednesday night they took on the Phoenix Suns and Westbrook channeled some of the prowess from earlier in his career.

While being guarded by Bol Bol, a seven-footer, Westbrook drove to the rim and shoved him off to drop a layup in.

The move got him fired up and he stared down Bol while hitting the rock the baby celebration.

Fans were split on Westbrook's celebration, with some thinking it was awesome and others thinking it was excessive.

"Russ bringing the intensity! The 'rock the baby' move on Bol Bol is pure swagger. Highlight reel material for sure!" one fan said.

"Nasty work from the triple double God," another fan said.

"Rocking the baby on a guy who’s played less than 50 minutes this year is wild," a comment said.

"Executing the 'rocking the baby' move on a player with less than 50 minutes of play this season is quite bold and unexpected," another comment said.

The Clippers are rolling this year, sitting at 21-12 and in first place in the Pacific Division.

They are currently the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference.

Things look like they are finally clicking for a Clippers team that has been struggling for sustained success and relevance.

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are having strong seasons, both averaging over 23 points per game.

James Harden has also been effective ever since joining the squad, averaging 17.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 8.1 assists.

With their current success, the Clippers are firmly in contention for their first championship in team history.
