NBA insider Shams Charania was lost for words when asked about his connection with Kay Adams while appearing on a popular ESPN show.
The 29-year-old media star stopped by the Pat McAfee show on Friday and revealed his thoughts when asked if he was dating the notable Fanduel TV host.

Charania is a star NBA insider who works for the Athletic and frequently appears on the Adams show Up & Adams, which is broadcast on Fanduel TV and YouTube.
The pair have been jokingly linked as an item after fans claimed they showed chemistry during live TV appearances.
During his Friday interview, McAfee surprised Charania when the former NFL punter asked about his status with Adams.
Charania danced around the question while appearing nervous and praised his coworker's ability to make him "feel comfortable" when he's on TV.

"That's a great colleague of mine. I think she's amazing.
"You got to know her a little bit, too. I think she's amazing at what he does. I enjoy going on her show.
"Obviously, she has, to me, like with you; similarly, she makes me feel comfortable while I'm on her show. You make me feel comfortable."
"Oh, you're comfortable around each other. That's a good start," McAfee fired back.

The question comes after Charania got Adams a Valentine's Day gift, a pair of shoes.

"What if Woj broke the story confirming they're dating?" laughed another.
