HARROWING footage of Hamas terrorists parading the body of a German woman through the streets has sparked outrage as a British-born Israeli soldier has also been killed in the chaos.

Tattoo artist Shani Louk, 30, was seized from a peace music festival near Gaza by armed militants during the Saturday morning attack which sparked a declaration of war from Israel.

A British national, Nathanel Young, has also been killed after fierce fighting broke out when the terror group stormed the border amid a hail of 5,000 rockets.

The London-born soldier was living in Tel Aviv and serving as a member of the Israeli Army's 13th Batallion.

In a heartbreaking statement, his family said: "He loved his family and friends and was loved by everyone.

"He loved music and was a talented DJ. Always willing to go to any lengths for his loved ones."

Terrifying footage showed festivalgoers fleeing for their lives on foot and in cars as Hamas gunmen reportedly opened fire.

A witness, Gili Yoskovich, described people "dying all around" as she stayed silent in a desperate attempt to escape the terror group's hail of bullets.

It was there that Shani Louk was snatched before being murdered and paraded on the back of a truck with Hamas claiming she was an Israeli soldier.

Horrifying footage from the desert musical festival showed militants jeering and spitting on Shani's dead body.

Shani's cousin Tomasina Weintraub-Louk told the Mail Online that the family knew it was "definitely Shani" due to her identifiable leg tattoos and hair.

She said: "We have heard nothing. We are hoping for positive news. She was at a music festival for peace. This is a nightmare for our family."

Her mother Ricarda has begged for help in finding out what became of her daughter after the video was released on social media.

She said in an emotional video: "This morning my daughter, Shani Nicole Louk, a German citizen, was kidnapped with a group of tourists in southern Israel by Palestinian Hamas.

"We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving around the Gaza Strip. I ask you to send us any help or any news. Thank you very much."

It comes as...

  • Hamas terrorists launched an all-out attack on Israel from land, air and sea with 5,000 rockets fired
  • Up to 700 Israelis are confirmed dead as thousands more have been taken to hospital
  • The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that 378 people had died in the violence that followed the surprise Hamas attack on Israel. The vast majority, 370, were in the Gaza Strip, where 2,200 were also wounded.
  • Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement that Gaza will be "reduced to rubble"
  • Reports emerged of kidnapped Israeli soldiers being paraded on military vehicles
  • British citizen Jake Marlowe has been reported missing after attending a music festival in southern Israel
  • Netanyahu mobilised the country’s army reserves following his declaration of war
  • The Palestinian Islamic jihad joined forces with Hamas fighters in attacking Israel

Brit Jake Marlowe, 26, who is also missing after working security for the music festival sent a haunting last message to his mum.

She revealed that he had called to say "rockets were flying over" before later texting to say he would keep in touch.

Early Saturday morning, he said: "Signal very bad, everything is okay, I will keep you updated I promise you. Love you."

Jake's terrified mum Lisa told Jewish News: "I’ve left him lots of WhatsApp messages but I’ve not been able to leave him a message… I can’t bear to listen to the phone just ringing and not being answered.”

Another woman was filmed pleading for her life with kidnappers after being snatched from the festival in the south of the country.

Disturbing footage shows Noa Argamani with her arms outstretched as she pleads with the armed militants to let her go.

The 25-year-old university student screamed "Don't kill me! No, no, no", as the gunmen sped away with her trapped in between them.

Later photos appeared to show Noa alive in Hamas custody within the city limits of Gaza.

There were unconfirmed reports that survivors from the outdoor festival had been found as footage showed them wandering in Netivot.

Israeli Major Doron Spielman told The Sun: "It was a festival outside. They were relaxing and enjoying themselves when all of a sudden terrorists surrounded all of them and began shooting, and as they ran away the terrorists ambushed them.

"We saw images of women being taken back to Gaza, held by two Jihadi terrorists on motorcycles.

"These are children whose parents, as I'm speaking to you, are bringing DNA samples to the Central Israel Station to see if their children are still alive in Israel."

The music festival Shani, Jake and Noa had been attending was one of the first areas attacked when Hamas launched an onslaught yesterday morning.

Videos from the music event show people dancing in the desert at dawn unaware that within minutes complete chaos would unfold.

Chilling clips taken by partygoers showed Hamas militants paragliding into Israeli territory.

Moments later, hundreds were seen scrambling for their cars and screaming as they tried to flee from the armed militants across the sand.

Hamas gunmen have continued to massacre civilians and snatch hundreds of hostages off the streets after storming through barricaded frontiers in Gaza.

At least 600 Israelis and over 300 Palestinians have been killed and thousands more injured in what has become the deadliest day in the conflict for the past 50 years.

Israel began a counter-strike on Gaza City after the surprise and unprecedented attack from the well-prepared Hamas terrorists.

The new onslaught of violence has sparked protests - and in some cases, celebrations - in other countries.

The Met Police have stepped up patrols in London after many were accused of "glorifying terrorist activities of Hamas".

Pro-Palestine protests have been held in Yemen, Türkiye, Iraq, Iran, Morocco, Lebanon and Jordan.

Meanwhile, countries such as the US, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Ukraine and others have all expressed their solidarity with Israel as it "defends their territory".

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warned that the first part of the war was over and an "offensive formation" would start.

Yesterday, experts revealed Israel was caught completely by surprise when Hamas attacked yesterday, and their billion-pound defence system could not keep up with the onslaught of rockets.

International relations professor and Chatham House Associate Fellow Yossi Mekelberg revealed to The Sun that the surprise attack from Hamas marks a "major escalation" in Israeli-Palestinian relations.

He said: "It's unprecedented because Hamas managed to enter towns, villages and the rest. Hamas may have sensed weakness in Israel, and the Palestinian issue was sidelined by the international community."
