Mbappe makes transfer decision

Kylian Mbappe will join REAL MADRID in the summer, according to reports.

Speculation suggests the 25-year-old has made the decision to leave PSG, with Los Blancos confident they can strike a deal with Mbappe.

His contract in Paris expires at the end of the season and there are rumours he has rejected a £1.8m a week offer to stay at PSG.

EXCLUSIVE: Manchester battle for Olise

Pep Guardiola will fight Erik ten Hag all the way in the chase for Crystal Palace sensation Michael Olise.

Man Utd are keen on the Frenchman as a flagship arrival of the new Sir Jim Ratcliffe era at Manchester United.

But money will be no object as City will throw £60million or more at the Palace star, who limped off in the 4-1 defeat at Brighton, in the next window.

Olise rejected a move to Chelsea in favour of staying at Selhurst Park in the summer.

Palace consider sacking Hodgson

Roy Hodgson has come under fire at various points during the season but won key games against Brentford and Sheffield United to save his job.

But he is now under pressure once again after overseeing a 4-1 defeat to rivals Brighton, report The Guardian.

Hodgson could have been sacked following the 5-0 defeat to Arsenal but Palace are stalling.

It is believed that is because their preferred candidates - Steve Cooper and Julen Lopetegui - are reluctant to take over.

Phillips is 'fuming'

That's according to Roy Keane who thinks Kalvin Phillips would have been furious at being named on the West Ham bench against Manchester United.

Keane said on Sky Sports: "From the player's point of view I think he'd be fuming.

"You go to get some games, he played 70 minutes, he's a sitting midfielder, you use your intelligence there in terms of when to sprint and when to sit in.

"Obviously David Moyes will be worried about it in terms of picking up an injury quickly but from the player's point of view, he has to get minutes under his belt, he has to get games.

"Remember he's on loan from City, he's going to Old Trafford and now he's sitting on the bench.

"Obviously David Moyes is an experienced manager but I think from the player's point of view, he'll be fuming."

Poch goes from bad to worse

Mauricio Pochettino's time at Chelsea has gone from bad to worse after their 4-2 home humiliation against Wolves who set a shocking record.

Poch's Blues slipped into the bottom half of the Prem after conceding four goals in successive league games for the first time since 1989.

The Argentinian apologised as Wolves completed a first league double over Chelsea since 1974-75 and added: "It is like everything is going wrong".

Liverpool were never going to sign Mbappe

Without knowing who the club's manager will be next term it was unlikely for Mbappe to make the move to Anfield.

The PSG superstar is set to announce his deal with Real Madrid.

And for Liverpool to have grabbed the Frenchman would require the Reds to break the bank to match Los Blancos' price tag.

Only a surprise about-turn from Mbappe would be the only thing to keep him from Madrid now.
